The Western NC Winnies October camp-out at River Vista RV Resort in (https://rvmountainvillage.com/) Dillard, Georgia, Oct 11 thru Oct 14 is coming together. Plans are being finalized for the 37 members who have signed up. The agenda is copied below, you can look over it and let us know if any suggestions. As of today 9/19/2018 the resort has 4 sites available, each being 45 to 50 feet long, if you can fit in that size site you are welcome to join us.

Don and Jean Walton, Jim and Ellen Allred and Jim and Pat Derr, will be the hosts for this camp-out. We will be arriving on Wednesday, Oct 10. The camp-out is scheduled for Oct 11 thru 14.

Wednesday, Oct 10 Early arrivals,
It appears all but one coach will arrive on Oct 11. We will have a great Campout!!
6:00pm – Hot dogs/Hamburgers for dinner. I will provide venison chili, everyone bring meat and buns for grilling and some fixins you like. Lite sides only (potato chips etc) Reminder-Everyone bring their own tableware and drinks to all meals
Campfire and fellowship at the pavilion after dinner.

5pm Appetizer– Wine and Cheese tasting/social at fireplace under the shelter (provided by Jim and Pat Derr). Jim and Pat
will provide some wine and cheese but feel free to bring a bottle of your favorite wine and cheese to share.
6:00pm – Pot Luck dinner Don and Jean will bring Clamato Beef Reminder-Everyone bring their own tableware and drinks to all meals
Saturday October 13 –
Breakfast furnished by host 9am, Coffee and juice will be provided! We will be cooking omelettes to order, anyone having a hotplate we can use please let Jean Walton or myself know. Group meeting afterwards
1:00 PM Ice Cream social at fireplace under the shelter (provided by Don and Jean Walton)
4:00pm Early Dinner 4:00pm at the Dillard House {https://www.dillardhouse.com} Fantastic Family style dining
7:00pm Campfire under the shelter
Sunday October 14 –
8:30 am – Light Breakfast by host, devotions and depart. Coffee and juice will be provided!
